packaging and shipping is: € 3.60 within germany, € 4.60 within europe, 8.60 € overseas. if you wish to pay by cash on delivery (only within germany) plus extra cost of € 4.00. orders will be placed within 3-4 workdays. stocked items will be shipped within two weeks. if you have any queries about your order, please send us an e-mail.

we are proud of our product. if you are unsatisfied with your purchase - for any reason - we can offer you exchange or refund. please enclose the invoice with the returning goods. send the unused product as packed by us within 14 days.
